Intermediate Engineer
As a degree qualified Intermediate Structural Engineer with 4-6 years’ experience designing buildings and structures in a New Zealand based professional services consultancy environment, you are looking for your next career opportunity. A challenge that offers a broad range of projects to develop the know-how as you work towards becoming Chartered. This is an opening where you will be supported by industry experts as you continue to develop your career, gaining highly valued knowledge and capability.

Your technical proficiency, a working knowledge of NZ Building Codes plus an understanding of construction industry regulations and compliance requirements are pre-requisites underpinning effectiveness in this role. As an active, positive, team player, you can work well independently or collaboratively with our commercially focused structural, geotechnical and building surveying teams utilising your excellent time management and organisational skills to complete projects on time and within budget. Highly professional with a genuine commitment to your clients, you will gain satisfaction partnering with them to identify what they really need, providing innovative engineering solutions to structural issues with existing and new buildings, giving consideration to budget constraints and timeframes. As an intermediate engineer, you will gain confidence supporting and passing on your knowledge to less experienced engineers. Applying your sound technical abilities and excellent written and spoken English to review and provide feedback on written reports, ensuring they are accurate, clear and concise. Solution focused, practical and a great multitasker, you will be energised by our fast-paced, dynamic, deadline driven work environment. We are looking for an intermediate structural engineer who is career-driven and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Senior Engineer (CPEng)
As a NZ Chartered Professional engineer with experience in the residential and commercial sectors you will be a key player in our fun, fast growing and dynamic high performing team providing solutions to structural issues with existing and new buildings. You are self-motivated, client focused and can adapt to new challenges and have the ability to be flexible and innovative while keeping the commercial realities of working in an engineering consultancy in perspective. All this, while maintaining the high standard of professionalism and service demanded by our clients.

You are highly qualified and technically proficient, with great organisations skills, strong knowledge of construction, a proven track record of leading and developing projects, mentoring teams and leading clients. Your entrepreneurial approach encourages others, inspires new ideas and contributes towards business development strategies.
