Nick has extensive experience in the executive management of a wide variety of programmes for private and government clients on large, complex, time critical capital programmes across numerous sectors. He has contributed his knowledge and skills to the scoping, planning design, management and delivery of projects locally and internationally as a client advisor on new build, seismic rehabilitation and risk assessment. His career has focused on commercial outcomes and the facilitation and leadership of teams to achieve outstanding results.Nick has over two decades of experience in project management, encompassing all aspects of project planning and delivery. His expertise includes; project initiation, scoping, strategy alignment and project execution in the Middle East, Australia, Switzerland and New Zealand. Nick also has extensive experience in project analysis and recalibration.He is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors, the Project Management Institute of New Zealand and was awarded New Zealand Project Manager of the year 2012.Nick has proven experience in the executive management of a variety of programmes for private and governmental clients on large, complex, time critical capital projects spanning most industries and sectors.Nick has developed and provided strong leadership to teams in all aspects of project management including; strategic frameworks, contract strategy, communications, procurement, design management, operations, stakeholder management, contract negotiations and delivery.Nick is an accomplished trainer in leadership, employee engagement and project management. He has led more than 50 workshops internationally and has been engaged as a facilitator on numerous high profile projects in New Zealand and the Middle East.He has led multi-billion-dollar programmes including the new Capital City for the United Arab Emirates, the first master planned capital city in the world since Brasilia in the 1960’s.Nick has been involved in defining strategy and execution with Christchurch City Council, Canterbury District Health Board, Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority, the Government Property Group (formerly the Property Management Centre of Expertise), and Housing New Zealand.
