17, 19 & 21 Hands Rd, Riccarton consists of 12 new commercially zoned warehouse units. Miyamoto’s geotechnical and structural teams worked in collaboration to provide investigation and assessment and structural design for this Boutique Living project.
The Structural design included concrete tilt panels ranging from 6.2-7.2 metres, roof bracing and portal frames.
