Ōtaki Civic Theatre Refurbishment

PROJECT

Built in 1938 the Ōtaki Civic Theatre hosts a range of events for the local community. Our Building Surveying team was engaged by the Kapiti Coast District Council (KCDC) to report on the condition of the historic building.

APPROACH

Our team prioritised the remediation required and cost the project which, in turn enabled KCDC to prioritise the remediation in accordance with the budget available.

SOLUTION

During the remediation work our building Surveyors and Structural Engineers were available to provide advice, design and sign off as required.
